XDR-75 Slim DIN Rail Power Supply – 12V / 24V / 48V

The HYRITE XDR-75 series is a compact 75W single-output industrial DIN rail power supply, designed for industrial control cabinets, automation equipment and other indoor applications.

Featuring a slim 30mm-wide metal enclosure, universal AC input from 90 to 264Vac and multiple output voltage options, the XDR-75 provides reliable DC power in space-constrained installations. It supports DIN rail mounting on TS35/7.5 or TS35/15 rails.

• Overload Protection: Constant current limiting protection at 105%–135% of rated power. Automatically recovers after the fault condition is removed.
• Short Circuit Protection: Hiccup mode with automatic recovery after the fault condition is removed.
• Overvoltage Protection: Shunt-down protection, recovery after power is restarted.
• Overtemperature Protection: Shunt-down protection with automatic recovery.

Installation Guide

• Designed for indoor installation.
• Ensure the power supply is properly grounded before operation.
• Maintain adequate ventilation and heat dissipation. Avoid installation in sealed, high-temperature environments.
• Keep the connection cables between the power supply and load as short as possible to minimize voltage drop.
• Tighten all terminal connections properly to prevent overheating caused by poor contact.
• Refer to the loading and ambient temperature derating curves when selecting the operating load.
